Dear Team:
I got up early and worked out a lineup! I have been calling all morning. At 7:10 a.m. the Pelham Recreation Commission hotline announced that all fields are closed all day today due to field conditions. HOWEVER, last Saturday the same message went up and was subsequently changed, throwing off lots of teams whose players did not show up for games in the afternoon thinking the fields were closed.
Watch your email closely, but I fear the worst for the early morning games including ours.
